What is yoga?
At our clinic, yoga is practiced as a way of life, not just as a way to improve a specific element of life. Yoga helps to release tightness in the body and improves flexibility. The focus is on disease-specific asanas (body postures and stretches), pranayama (relaxation breathing technique), and meditation (stillness of the mind).
